Suburban Plaza, one of Atlanta's first suburban shopping centers, underwent a complete redevelopment in 2016. Offering 290,000+sf of shopping and dining, Suburban Plaza is uniquely situated in close proximity to the DeKalb Medical Complex, downtown Decatur and Emory University. Nearby residential offers a diverse mix of single and multifamily homes, townhomes, apartments and lofts. The adjacent neighborhoods within the trade area are well-established communities.
